We have a rather shallow relationship with the word "real".

We often call dream characters, or entities in e.g. DMT experiences "unreal", or "non-existent" but in those states, they do actually in reality exist.

They are quite real.

That does not mean that we can go out and locate them in the world, but they exist in that place where they exist.

This is even true for imaginary friends, such as the traditional Christian view of God. In your imagination, in your visualization, he exists exactly as you envision him.

In the realm of imagination, visualization, prayer, or belief, something like the Christian God absolutely does exist. Not metaphorically or “just in your head,” but as a real phenomenon in the space it inhabits. Your subjective, inner world. And that world is not “unreal”. It's simply another domain of reality.

And that may be true even for us. We are quite real, in this reality. In this place where we exist. But would entities in the DMT dimension label us "real"?

I do not think that in actuality there is anything that does not "exist". If absolute nothing is, then absolute everything also is.

People who have tried DMT or even NDE's describe that reality as "More real than reality". So what is "real", really?

This also means that every imagined version of heaven and hell is "real" in the same way. It is good then, to imagine a good reality. Lest one suffer the consequences of what we have imagined.

Those who envision a hell full of torment and pain, might find that they have architected their own experience through that belief.

But then, Jesus is imagined as a saviour. So even in those imagined hells, one could probably call on him to extract you from it.

When we die, and leave this body behind.. where do we go, except into ourselves? It might be prudent to cultivate a pleasant inner reality, and optimistic, positive beliefs.

Perhaps. I do not know. Just thinking aloud.
