True Freedom

Freedom, I've found, is in accepting that your life is determined. That it is unfolding exactly as it should, and that you can do no wrong. Similarily, in accepting that the world around you is unfolding exactly as it should. What then, is there to be afraid of? You are free to do anything and be anything, fearlessly. The more one accepts determination as the hard rule of life, the more personal freedom (free will) one experiences, and the more our lives can become what we want it to become, unhindered. One is free to blossom, into what one was always meant to be.

It is paradoxical, but it seems to me to be true. Free will and determinism is intricately linked, so much so that they are one and the same. In embracing God's plan for us, we become free to enact it. Most people only think they are free, while being bound on hands and feet, by social conventions and their own and others expectations, and are to fearful to challenge it.

What could you make of the world, and of your life, if you were fearless? What changes would you fight for if you were completely free to fight as the force of nature that you actually are?

Walk with God, and find out.
