The Journey to Self.
If I can see myself in everyone, everyone can see themselves in me. But to be able to see oneself in everyone, does not come easy.
One must delve into the deepest darkest corners of ones soul, which is howling with ghouls and depraved violent desires, and calmly accept that "This too, is me".
One must not flinch, or turn away from it. One cannot reject it, or condemn it. The worst human being that ever lived, only ever expressed human nature.
Our nature. What existed in them, exists in us.
When Jesus went down to hell and came back victorious, this inner journey might be what that imagery symbolised.
After going there, whom could he not forgive?
