It is of no importance that you are God.
It is however of great importance that everyone and everything else is.
If, upon seeing or interacting with another life, one thinks in ones mind "This too, is God". Does one not approach that life with a new or different sense of respect and reverence?
I think so, and I think that if we all gained this perspective a lot of crap that's going on in the world would gradually become unthinkable. I think this is the simple core behind the teachings "Love your enemies" and "Love your neighbour as yourself". I believe it to be possible to change the world and ourselves like this.
If one does not place oneself first, by insisting on being God, then one might lift everyone else up. There is therefore real power in humility.
