Imagine a ball. Every part of its surface can be said to be the centre of the ball, much like how each living being is the centre of its own existence. Now, replace the ball with a point of light. This light radiates outward, creating "a ball of light." Each ray of light is akin to a living being, the centre of its own existence. Yet, in this scenario, there is a source. Each living being is "the light," but no living being is the source of the light.

This metaphor somewhat captures how we experience existence, explaining much about our own lives. It also provides a framework to understand our relationship to God, embodying the light yet distinct from its source. We are both a part of God and separate, participating in the divine while crafting our individual journeys.
